Thank you for shopping with Tiny Thinker Toys. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package size, weight and shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our website.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Tiny Thinker Toys is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country's customs authorities.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
